The HAPS 40th Annual Conference will be held in Kansas City, KS on May 23- 27, 2026

The conference is split into two parts: Update Seminar and Workshops. However, attendees can go to both by registering for the entire conference. Or they may choose to only attend either the Update Seminar portion (Saturday – Monday) at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center, or the Workshops (Tuesday and half-day Wednesday) which will be held at the Kansas City Kansas Community College.

The host hotel for this meeting is The Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center, 2345 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO 64108. The room rate in the HAPS block is for $189/night plus taxes and fees.

Fun-Run/Yoga Registration

HAPS is offering pre-registration for anyone interested in participating in the HAPS Fundraising Fun Run OR Yoga. All proceeds will go to HAPS. Make sure to pre-register for the event to receive a discounted rate! On-site registration for the run/yoga will increase to $20. Registration will be available in October of 2025.

Refund Policy
Refund of fees requires an emailed request to info@hapsconnect.org no later than 5 business days before the start of the conference. Refund requests received prior to the conference may not be processed until after the conference end.

Registration Refunds

Until the end of the Early Bird registration period for the conference, a withdrawing registrant will receive a full refund minus a handling fee (15% of the registration fee). From the beginning of the late registration period up to 5 business days before the conference begins, a withdrawing registrant will receive a partial refund minus a handling fee (25% of the registration fee). No refunds will be made later than 5 days before the conference begins. Refund of fees requires an emailed request to info@hapsconnect.org no later than 5 business days before the start of the conference. Communicable Disease

Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold HAPS or any of their affiliates including partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness.  I agree to not attend any HAPS event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case. HAPS will review all relevant information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and keep attendees and exhibitors informed on any change in policies via email and on this webpage.
