Exam Timeline Schedule

If using the Computer Lab or Loaner Device option, please note that ExamSoft requires institutions begin the lab setup process at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled exam. The timeline allows sufficient time to coordinate with IT or device management teams and address any reconfiguration issues that may arise.

15 business days before exam:
Order form and student roster upload completed
Exam payment completed

10 business days before exam
Account invitations and instructions sent to students

3 business days before exam
HAPS Exam Team will provide updates to Instructor on which students have not completed the account set up or taken the Mock Exam

48 hours before exam
The exam will be available for download onto devices
Instructors will be provided with the exam password to open the live exam

2 days after exam
The HAPS Exam Team will provide instructors with scoring

Refund Policy
No refunds are available once an exam is scheduled in ExamSoft. Once an order has been placed and uploaded to ExamSoft, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason. However, customers may reschedule their exam order.

Rescheduling Policy
Exams can be rescheduled if the HAPS Exam Team is notified via email at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled exam date. Any rescheduled exam must be administered within 14 business days of the original exam date. Any request submitted after the required notice period, or any exam rescheduled beyond the 14 business-day window, will be considered a new exam request and processed accordingly.

Any rescheduled exam will result in an administrative fee of $31, plus an additional $6 for each rescheduled exam.

15-100 Exams $17.50 each
