About the HAPS 2026 Virtual Conference Workshops

We are excited you are considering presenting a workshop at the 2026 HAPS Virtual Conference!

Workshops will have a flipped format, with a pre-recorded video presentation of the topic for conference attendees to view anytime during the conference. Then each workshop presenter will host a scheduled, synchronous workshop activity where the presenter will engage attendees with a combination of Q&A and activities related to the pre-recorded video.

Conference attendees will be invited to browse through the workshop videos anytime during the conference. On the scheduled workshop day (TBD), attendees will be able to participate in synchronous Zoom sessions with the presenter(s) for more in-depth discussion and activities related to the topic.

Synchronous workshop activities for the 2026 HAPS Virtual Conference will be hosted in a HAPS-provided Zoom room and you will have a HAPS liaison assigned to you to ensure that your session runs smoothly.
