Ric Martini Student Engagement Award - Human Anatomy and Physiology Society (HAPS)

Background: In 2024, HAPS received a sizable donation of $100,000 from Ric Martini. This generous donation established the Ric Martini Endowed Fund. These funds are to be used to support programs or projects designed to enhance the engagement and performance of students enrolled in introductory anatomy & physiology courses (one- or two-semester).

HAPS is currently accepting applications for the Ric Martini Student Engagement Award! Apply for up to $500 to support an educational opportunity for introductory A&P students (high school or community college). After using the funds, awardees will be asked to provide a brief description of the activity that may be used on HAPS communications such as social media, the newsletter, website, or the HAPS blog.

There are a maximum of six awards available. The application deadline is June 15, 2025 and recipients should learn about the status of their application by August 1 2025.
