Last year, the HAPS Board of Directors awarded a record number of scholarships, grants, and awards to deserving HAPS members, developed new learning outcomes, and supported teams working on new HAPS Exams.

- One HAPS- I Scholarship
- One Thieme-HAPS Excellence in Teaching award, funded by Thieme
- One Gail Jenkins Teaching and Mentoring Award, funded by Wiley
The funding of these scholarships, grants, and awards is a great privilege. As we grow, HAPS will be able to assist more and more of its members in their scholarly development. This benefits us all, as the recipients share their work with us at our HAPS conferences and in HAPS publications.
Now the time has come to generate the funds to support increase the savings that make scholarships and other programs possible. We began with a leadership fund drive during which the HAPS leadership – Board members, and Steering Committee members, demonstrated their unanimous commitment to the mission of HAPS with their financial support. They believe in leading by example! Now it’s time for all of us to do what we can to help HAPS grow and support our members.
