Workshop and poster proposals are due February 17, 2017
The Update Seminar portion of the conference will be located at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Directly across the street is the official conference hotel: the Salt Lake City Marriott Downtown at City Creek. As a backup, we also have a small block at the Holiday Inn Express Salt Lake City.
The City Marriott Downtown at City Creek is the Official HAPS hotel for our 31st Annual Conference. We hope that you will reserve your room here because doing so will directly support HAPS. If there is a need to assist you with any hotel problem while you are staying in Salt Lake City, we will be able to assist you. Choosing the contracted HAPS hotel means that we have leverage to help rectify a problem or inconvenience that you may (but probably won't) encounter. Additionally, this is where the majority of your HAPS leadership is staying.
It is right across the street from the entrance to the Salt Palace, home to all our conference events. The Marriott includes complimentary internet in all sleep rooms. Our discounted rate is $185/night (+tax). Click here to book online. Call 1-801-531-0800 to make a reservation over the phone (don't forget to mention you are with the HAPS group to receive the discounted rate).
If you are using Delta use our discount code! Go to delta.com/meeting and enter the code NMNUM to receive our discounted rate or call 1-800-328-1111 to make a reservation over the phone.
