The HAPS 2014 group rate block has closed.  To check for any hotel room availability, call the hotel direct at 1-904- 588-1234.

Registrant Fees & Packages

Fees for the Entire Conference Package (May 24-May 29, 2014) include the Saturday evening welcome reception, all update seminars, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, workshops, workshop lunches and transportation between Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront and Florida State College  on workshop days.

Fees for the Update Seminar Package (May 24-26) include the Saturday evening welcome reception, all update seminars, continental breakfast both days, and all refreshment breaks.

Fees for the Workshop Package (May 27-May 28) include all workshops, box lunches both days, and transportation between the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront and Florida State College on Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28.

Guest Fees

Guest fees apply to all guests who are not registered as participants for the conference, regardless of age. The guest fee allows a participant's guest to purchase a la carte tickets for optional events and to visit the exhibit hall. To attend the update seminars or workshops, a package (entire conference, update seminar or workshop package) will need to be purchased.

Free evening to enjoy Jacksonville Jazz Festival!

Monday, May 26
This year is a reception (in lieu of an annual banquet) that is included in the registration fee .

Thursday, May 29
Optional Day trip to St. Augustine (transportation only) 9 am-5 pm.  HAPS Executive Director Peter English will lead a birdwatching outing for those who are interested.

Refund Policy
Until the end of the regular registration period for the conference, a withdrawing registrant will receive a full refund minus a handling fee equal to 15% of the registration fee. From the beginning of the late registration period up to 5 business days before the conference begins, 75% of the registration fee will be refundable. No refunds will be made later than 5 days before the conference begins. Refund of fees requires an emailed request to no later than 5 business days before the start of the conference. Refund requests received prior to the conference may not be processed until after the conference end.
