Welcome to the HAPS Histology Database Training Videos.

The HAPS Histology Database can be found at:

http://hapshistology.wetpaint.com/

You must e-mail wkarkow@dbq.edu  to join the Wiki with a statement as to whether you are or are not a HAPS member. Non-HAPS educators are welcome to view this resource, but editing of its content is restricted to HAPS members

The HAPS Histology database site is dedicated to providing medium and high resolution digital photomicrographs of human cells and tissues to the public domain, free of copyright, for any use, but especially for and by members of the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society.

It is hoped that this database will assist in teaching college-level A & P by providing images that can be freely incorporated in lectures, quizzes, and labs without concern as to commercial rights or restrictions. HAPS members are encouraged to email William Karkow, MD, FACS at the University of Dubuque, IA (wkarkow@dbq.edu) if you would like to add or download images to this project.
