Joining/Subscribing to any of the HAPS List-serves

We currently have 2 list-serves open to the public and general membership.  You may join either or both, but they must be subscribed to separately:

PLEASE NOTE:
The email address you use to send your message to subscribe will be the email included or removed from the list.  You will only be able to see list-serve messages, or receive email messages, from this email account.
MAKE SURE YOU SEND THIS EMAIL FROM THE EMAIL ACCOUNT YOU WILL USE TO CHECK THE LIST-SERVE MESSAGES!

1.  We have a main list-serve called "HAPS-L", where instructors discuss any topic ranging from teaching tips to help in areas of expertise. Anyone can join this list-serve.

To Join HAPS-L:

1) Send an email TO imailsrv@hapsweb.org

2) Type in the body of text:
subscribe HAPS-L YourFirstname YourLastname

2.  We have a list-serve called "TeachingPortfolios", where people share ideas concerning teaching philosophies, summaries of the roles and responsibilities to accomplish these goals, summaries of teaching methods, feedback from students and peers, self-reflection and assessment, evidence of personal goals for future years and evidence of professional development. Anyone can join this list-serve.

To Join TeachingPortfolios:

1) Send an email TO imailsrv@hapsweb.org

2) Type in the body of text:
subscribe TeachingPortfolios YourFirstname YourLastname

We have several list-serves that have restricted access, and people can only join if they are invited by the list-serve's administrator.  These list-serves usually are restricted to members of certain Steering Committees or the Board of Directors.  If you would like instructions on joining a list-serve that has restricted access, please contact us at webmaster@hapsweb.org.
