HAPS-EDucator Author Submission Guidelines

We welcome and encourage your submission of articles related to the teaching of anatomy and physiology!   You do not have to be a HAPS member to be a contributor.

Submissions may include, but are not limited to original:

  •         discussions of innovative teaching techniques

  •         uses of technology in classrooms or active learning practices),

  •         lesson plans or lab exercises

  •         reviews of trending topics in anatomy and physiology

  •        summaries of newsworthy events (eg., seminars or conferences)

HAPS-Educator is peer-reviewed journal, and editors and committee members do review submissions for the Educational Scholarship standards listed below:

1.  The article should be appropriate and relevant for HAPS members and the society’s goals as described in the "Aims and Scopes”.

2.   The article maintains scientific accuracy in its details and reflects the author’s preparation and knowledge of the field.

3.     The information in the article is organized and clearly presented free from spelling and grammatical errors.
