Planning to attend the HAPS 2018 Annual Conference? Here is some last minute information for you before you arrive in Columbus, Ohio!

On-Site Registration

The registration desk will be located in the Union Station Ballroom Foyer of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (click here for a map). Registration will be open on Saturday, May 26th from 1:00 to 5:00 PM in the Union Station Ballroom Foyer and from 5:45 to 7:30 PM in the North Atrium (near the North Entrance of the Center) during the Welcome Reception.

Make sure to wear your name badge! Name badges are required for all HAPS events. You may be asked to show your name badge if it is not visible.

Welcome Reception & Social

The Welcome Reception will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the North Atrium (near the North Entrance of the Convention Center) on Saturday, May 26. Registration will be available from 5:45 to 7:30 in the North Atrium.

The Social will be from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in the North Atrium (near the North Entrance of the Convention Center) on Monday, May 28. Registration will be available from 5:45 to 8:30 PM in the North Atrium.

 Workshop Information

The workshop shuttle will pick-up/drop-off in the circle drive between the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Columbus. See map below.

The shuttle will pick-up/drop-off at The Ohio State University will be located on W. 9th Ave (near the buildings that will be used for workshops sessions). Breakfast and lunch will be served in the tent. There will be student volunteers on campus to assist you to the correct building(s). See map below.

Workshop Only Registrants: Registration packets will be available during the Monday Night Social from 5:45 to 8:30 PM in the North Atrium (near the North Entrance of the Greater Columbus Convention Center). If you are unable to pick up your packet on Monday, packets can be picked up in the 150 Meiling Hall Conference Room at The Ohio State University on Tuesday.

Need a Ride From the Airport?

 The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) AirConnect provides direct bus service between the airport and downtown for only $2.75! Purchase your ride pass with a credit card at the bus stop, which is just to the right of the taxi station. COTA's AirConnect service runs every 30 minutes, 7 days a week.
